That is absolutely amazing!
I would really love to see more of his hands and maybe an ass-cam view :P but I doubt that will happen.
Anyone know what he is doing with his left hand on that last straight starting at 2:40?

He's adjusting the brake lever - the top guys have a remote adjuster for brake lever reach on the left handlebar so that when the brakes get hot (and carbon / carbon brakes get VERY hot) that they can adjust the lever. Also, these guys will completely wear out a set of pads in one race, so they can adjust for that too.
Some other cool stuff I noticed -
Once he leaves the garage the instrument panel is blurred - there must be some useful information on it that other teams would want to see.
There is no fairing stay- all of the fairing support is molded into the upper fairing - first time I've seen that!
Leaving pit lane he shifted all the way up to 6th gear, like he would have been if he had been coming down the straight into the turn - I'm guessing this is so that he develops the muscle memory for the downshifts on that part of the track and does it exactly the same way every time he goes through there.
Awesome video - man, if I could go 1/2 that fast....
