I would let you but the custom plate thing has gone in hiatus as well. Went and asked for an extension on my permit and they said no even though the custom plates are in processs, they wanted to force me to pay for new plates even though I’m trying to get custom ones, I asked if they would honor the full price I paid for normal ones when the custom ones got approved and she said no, they would pro-rate based on time no matter what so yeah she’s plateless at the moment . And when you get the custom plates, you'll probably still have to pay back the time from when your happy tag expired to when the new plates come in.
