What bike belongs to this rotor?

I hope this is in the right section!

But anyway does anyone have any ideas on what this rotor came off of?

Give me a diameter in mm, center hole diameter, and bolt circle diameter, and I can probably narrow it down a bunch, but it looks like F3/VTR1000/900rr/1100XX stuff (not all of these are the same, but appear similar)
