Got new handle bars and need new brake lines

Hey guys, I own a 99 Kawi ZX7R and recently got some new handle bars with risers. Got everything installed and now I need new brake lines. My question is, how do I go about getting what I need. Is that just something that I measure how much longer I need, then take them in to a shop so they can match the fittings or.... is it more complicated than that. It looks like I need about 3-4inches on the right side and about 5-6inches on the left side. Any ideas?

Rennsportautoparts on eBay can custom make your lines.
