Yo mofo's, last race of the season 9/22-23!

The MRA season ender at Pueblo is just a couple weeks away, Sept 22/23! It should be a kick ass time, come down and check it out!

I'd also like to encourage as many of you as possible to cornerwork this weekend. The more they have the better, it makes the track safer for the riders, and it's really the best seat in the house being mere feet away from the action!

Well, the benefit of a bunch of people cornerworking is, you end up with 2-3 people on a corner to share in your schizophrenic tendencies.

Donna and I will be cornerworking both days, FWIW.

No class hun, just show up at the track and have some fun, you'll get some pointers of course but you'll be fine. I cornerworked for a couple seasons and the AMA races, such a blast.

Like Ashli said, just show up... Some things you should know though:
- Be there by 7am, so they can get you signed in, etc.
- Wear light colored clothing if at all possible (white is best), NO red or yellow so you don't match a flag and confuse a rider. Long pants, no open-toed shoes.
- You'll be outside all day... Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, the usual.
- A pair of work or mechanix gloves come in really handy when picking up bikes. A whistle is also highly suggested in case you need to get another worker's attention quickly.
- Beyond that, just be there! You'll get a bit of money, have a lot of fun, and the training is all on-the-job.
