Do not put off living the life you dream of. Next year may never come. If we are always waiting for something to change...
Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!
Waiting will only leaves us with unrealized dreams and empty wishes.

I sorta miss the TC-SST (6 speed twin clutch automated manual) I had in the Evo. It was a lot of fun, and I prefer a manual. But nothing beats the control you have with a manual tranny.

Is it more costly the manufacture Manual Trans. or is it just people are getting lazy and not likely willing to purchase a vehicle that is?

I think it's the latter. People are fuckin lazy and too retarded to learn stick. Certain autos can make you launch like a pro though, so some people go for that factor.

There's nothing that will ever replace the warm feeling of a perfectly blipped 6th-to-4th downshift, that drops right lane traffic like 1st first semester chem-lab.

I rarely think of motorcycles without a little yearning. They are about moving, and humans, I think, yearn to move – it’s in our cells, in our desires. We quiet our babies with cyclic movement, and we quiet ourselves by going.

Nothing like a perfectly executed heel toe downshift

I had a GoPro mounted to the inside of a friend's STi during Saturday's lapping day at HPR, in hopes that I'd get a good facial reaction showing him that you CAN powerslide an AWD car out of Turn 5.

But who knew... heel-toe downshifting actually LOOKS cool, too.
