Ok, so I posted up for a ride last week, and then I got stuck doing homework. I really need a ride, so MOCO or Diamond Shamrock in Lyons? I really don't care, but I really want to ride. What do you say? It is supposed to be 60 degrees tomorrow.

I think I'm gonna be the one working on homework this weekend. You have fun, though. Soak up that sunshine. Just be watchful of the mag chloride and gravel.

I'm thinking of riding too. Had some things to take care of last weekend so missed out on the longer ride with the North-Central / Northies. But did catch lunch at Blackhawk with them.
There's a coffee shop behind the McDonald's on US287 & Hwy7 (Baseline).. Meet there, kickstands up a 10? A bit later to let any frost up high to melt.
Aw Cath.. we'll be thinking of ya.

Dont know how far south you plan on going, but Deer Creek Canyon is covered in sand so it would be wise to avoid it.
North Turkey Creek also heavily sanded the other morning. We had lots of ice. Haven't been up Bear Creek yet but I'd expect the same.
wish i could, but i'll be stuck at the somewhat in-laws 50th anniversary party.

I will permit it to pass over me and through me.

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self- preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property, and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."
