We usually get a thread going to get a gear exchange going. Usually people new to the track have almost all the gear, but need a push to get on the track. So here's a thread to help.
I've found that in the past there is never a few for borrowing somebody's stuff. Next time you're at a social function, buy that person a beer/soda, that's all. If you crash, and trash the gear, replace it, pretty simple.
Need gear for the day? Got gear to spare for the day?
Chicane requirments are:
1. Textile 2 PC suits that zip together all the way around at the waist will be permitted in the beginner group only.
2. Intermediate and advanced groups require all leather one or two piece suits that zip together all the way around
3. All riders are required to wear a back protector
4. A full face helmet made in the last 5 years
5. Motorcycle specific boots that extend above the ankles
6. Motorcycle specific gloves that have hard (plastic or fiber) armor over the knuckles and extend beyond the wrist.
I'm not riding, so if somebody needs a:
- Leather 1 piece (I'm 5'11", 190)
- boots (11.5)
- gloves
- back protector.
