Got the bike registered so I'll probably make it!

This'll be my first long ride after a year without a bike, hopefully my body is up to it.

Bump... looks like voting is pretty even. Regardless of which way. I intend to start at the North-Central Conoco at I-25 & 120th. KSU 9:30am? Be in the canyons by 10?

Early afternoon, cause we will either be at 303 Cycle's grand opening (& free food) or at Oskar Blues in Lyons for a late lunch. Then anyone who wants to ride some more are on their own. Of course I will be stopping at various points to regroup and anyone who needs to bail can as long as they let me or one of the sweeps know.

It was nice meeting y'all tonight. Thanks for the conversation and the escort through the bitter cold darkness to the casa. I hope to be there on Saturday to see how crazy the roads are in Colorado!

Same heading north. Glad Sash didn't hall through that section of I25 by highway 36. That state trooper ended up hauling ass after someone a little on down the road

Ok looks like we're shaping up for a north / south run, ending up at 303 Cycles. A few of you who I talked to last night who haven't been up in the canyons before, even though temps will hit 70 in town, the mountains are usually 10 degrees cooler. FYI

I'm not sure if it was him but I do know that right after we went under the underpass and started kind of going down that hill, I looked in my rearview mirror and saw one of the state trooper guys come hauling ass our way with his lights on

Just make sure you kids watch out for that sand & gravel, especially in the runoff areas. It's too early in the season to toss your shit b/c you were push'n it on roads that weren't ready! Sounds like you've got some more experienced folks go'n, just make sure you've got a good leader & a sweeper! Have fun y'all, I'm gonna be spend'n mah monies at GPM's clearance sale!
