The CSC is more than just an internet forum. There are tons of jokes and comments that get thrown back and forth that make absolutely no sense to lurkers and new people because we do more than desk riding. People are always hanging out in person from bike nights, happy hours, bike nights, to shop openings and more. Peeps are always out riding and you can usually find 3 or 4 groups every weekend going somewhere.

If you really want to get to know the CSC, come out, hang with some of the people and get to know the members. You're gonna love some of them and hate others... you kind of get that when you have an open door policy. You'll also realize that many people on these boards have rather off kilter senses of humor that may show themselves in odd ways... just like the posts above.

Damn... I feel like we need a "Welcome to the CSC" class that's mandatory for all new members just to get over this kind of crap.

Yeah cool. That first post banging his head was not humor though. he was being an ass. I don't fit in and would rather have spidey just ban me and delete this thread. As far as welcoming new members...if you have to explain the humor and inside jokes, then its not really funny; just irritating. So thanks for the flames guys, got me through the day. Like Salsa said, there's a lot of great folks on this board and a wealth of information about motorcycles and riding. Just talk the "shit-talking" on the board with a grain of salt.

Sorry if my comment gave you a bad taste of the CSC, didn't mean to come off that way and like I said I was just giving a fellow CSCer a hard time as I've gotten and given a ton of in the past.
