One of my cats Pippen (named after Scottie Pippen, intense jumping ability) was killed by a small pack of stray dogs. I cried for a week. I'm sorry.

I wasn't 100% sure that he got out last night, its seriously been a constant battle to keep him inside. When we went to bed we could hear a fox outside yipping, got all the dogs riled up and anxious. Went on for a while, but then it stopped so abruptly...I'm thinking that is when they got him. I just hope that they killed him swiftly and without pain.

There are foxes and coyotes in our neighborhood every night. I've always wondered how many cats & dogs that happens to. There's about a billion rabbits on my street that I'm sure makes up their primary food, but I'm sure they get sidetracked w/ pets a lot.

my maniac rabbit might have done this for he briefly escaped the other day and returned covered in blood yesterday only to have his way with my dog.
Dog has to be seen today for a nasty flap wound on his nose and several other puncture wounds all over his body.

That really sucks, Natty. Hope it was quick for the little kitty cat. Something similar happened to a cat I had, but after a friend took him in for me. I guess there was a pitbull nearby and the cat got out and that was it for him.
