Just got back from Bryce Canyon and the tundra plants above Telluride have started turning bright colors. Sho nough, the freeze is moving it's way down. Going to the top of Evens this weekend to check out the colors up there.
Can't wait. Nice early morning rides where the air is crisp and you can smell the leaves.
Planning an overnighter in Sept.. hope we will get colors but no snow.

I like the cooler weather. Leathers are sooooo much more comfortableIt's like a nice warm layer with protection.
Was up in the hills today...Leadville/Minturn. Saw a few Aspen with yellowing leaves. Yepper, gonna be purdy in a coupla weeks. =)

Ricky and I have a trip planned up through winter park, then to glenwood in a couple weeks so that we can take in the scenery! Can't wait! Hopefully it's not too crappy outside that weekend because we're taking the bikes!

Went out to Steamboat this weekend and it was a nice brisk ride. Most of it had a nice little crisp in the air and I can only imagine how nice it'll look in a few weeks!
