One wrecked helmet sits on the fireplace mantel because only one side is damaged and it's my favorite Rossi replica design. The other wrecked helmet I cut the straps on and tossed in the trash.

I like to keep mine b/c each one represents a time in my riding life. The oldest one I have is a Bell Star that I bought in 1980. Not sure what happened to my earlier MX helmets, but I wish I had those too.
