    world moto clash

Anyone heard of the world moto clash race?
    http://www.motorcycle.com/events/wor...ced-90224.html

It's supposed to be some high $ race ($1,000,000 payout) with no rules on bike entrants. Sounds pretty rediculous and if it does really happen I think it could be either awesome to watch or awesomely dissapointing to watch. I'm imagining a massive pileup right out of the gate and lots of crashes due to way too much hp and not enough control. thoughts?

Hell... I dig the "Run what you brung" mentality.

    I'd watch it.

World Moto Clash promises to have cameras covering every possible angle
Sounds a lot like the original Formula USA series. John Kocinski and Colin Edwards on 500GP bikes at Road Atlanta, versus 200 horsepower alcohol fueled GSXRs versus tubocharged 750s....the only rule was "The motorcycle must have exactly 2 wheels".
    Thanks, Jim

I envision some Mad Max style race, carnage on two wheels. Would be curious who shows up from the world of MotoGP and real racing, vs the Hollywood types and wannabee racers.

    I like the idea!
Personally I love MotoGP and Formula1, but they're getting too damned close to NASCRAP for my tastes. Everything is spec'd out and you can only do so much within certain specs...
