7 is nice but not my favorite, 24 is nice too, so is the Poudre.... so are the sweepers over Wolf Creek Pass, but not my favorite.

Somewhere west of here and east of Moab, I cannot reveal.

7 downhill for quick spins, Stove Prairie is more fun though.

AMA Just released their list of the top 15 in the nation (as voted by members). 550 (million dollar highway) made #4 and highway 12 (highway of legends) got an honorable mention. I've not had the chance yet to do these so I'd have to list my personal faves as golden gate, peak-to-peak and lucky 7 in the downhill direction.

I was just going to add the Million Dollar Highway. Great sportbike road for sure.

Million Dollar Hwy is getting to be like P2P. In summer the LEO may be present and you have to leapfrog tourons and their Winnebagos. The section over Red Mtn Pass is like Trail Ridge sometimes, good for views, not so good for speed.

This is true. Like Trail Ridge, its best caught at off peak times.

am I the only one that prefers 7 on the way up...?

stove prairie is OK...too many farm tractors and cattle guards for my liking...goes around the west side of Horsetooth

that road down to Bishops is sweet, and there was another down through Lake City, 149?

I don't remember the number, but it's out by Bellevue, if I remember correctly. It's been a couple of years since I rode it, but it's a nice ride.

If you like playing "Dodge the morons with cell phones" all the time.

I really like Deer Creek to Pleasant Peak that ends in Conifer. Not a very LONG run by any stretch but still a blast.

I like 7 in both directions, but prefer the way down.

It seems that every time I go up 7, I get stuck behind slow traffic. While in the downward direction, what little traffic I encounter I can get around pretty quickly.

Independence Pass is usually fun, but it was in serious need of resurfacing the last time I went over it.
