Only a biker knows why a dog sticks his head out of a car window.
There were so many things wrong with this story and that is one of them. What was the idea behind pulling over a couple of dudes? Very strange.
And why would someone even think about pulling over for a Tundra? If it was being driven by any branch of law enforcement, it would be a deep undercover vehicle for sure.
