On a Sumo, are you supposed to stick your leg out if you're not wearing boots? Seems like an easy way to snap an ankle. I can see wearing boots that slide to increase support for leaning farther, but do regular shoes help at all? Wouldn't it be worse?
It was clearly a mental thing on that ride. And those sneaks slid just fine.
That's just how we ride brah.
