    Alotta styling cues in that Shelby came from the old school GTO's. I mean, look at the old daytona coupe.

    no argument there...

    It's just that the Ferrari looks like an amalgamation of numerous other super cars - a little Aston Martin, Some of the corvette concept, even a little viper... but a lot of GT

    The shark fins, the triple hood vents, the rear quarter vent, the LeMans gas caps.. all classic cues from the original GTO.

    The Ferrari GTO was born in '62 and the Shelby didn't exist until '64 when they beat Ferrari.

    It's ugly. It's awful. It's the most horrendous thing ever created.

    Who am I kidding? It's freaking beautiful. So beautiful.

    But, in my always humble (read: always correct) opinion, the 458 Italia is the most beautiful car currently being produced.
