I didn't notice where it was posted. When I posted I was in broomfield, kicking myself for leaving my bike at home like a puss. Does that count

I only ride if it's 45 and above. Period. Gets too bare knuckling cold and a bit miserable if it's cold out.

put in a quick 200 miles on sunday, another couple hundo on/around turkey day...i pedal bike it to work...its still riding...right?

my cutoff is 25-30, depending on wind and subsequent windchill...can't afford heated gear, so I just rock my summer rain gloves, with some thin liners

Re: Does anyone ride in here?!

I took a short ride from Aurora to Colorado Springs and back yesterday because the weather was so nice and I knew it was going to snow today. I don't get north of Denver very often unless I'm on my way to Ft. Collins to see my son at CSU.

I don't ride unless I can get some decent lean on and unless the sun has been out for a while and the temps are say 50+ the pavement and tires are just too cold. Needless to say, not much riding in the winter. Riding staight down the road doesn't do it for me.

I rode up to carter lake just the other day before the snow it was only like 40° but if you got the right gear its not bad at all. I ride all through out the winter even if I can't get a good lean going in my opinion cold weather separates the motorcycle riders from the motorcycle owners that let the bike just sit in there garage.. As long as its 40°ish i'm riding I can't get enough I love it!

Yes been riding and no I don't got no heated gear or heated grips. I think my smile on me face keeps me warm. Got a neighbor and co-student going with me to school everyday she loving it too. All the others in our class(s) think we are nuts for even being on a bike.

I got about a half mile of ice and snow to get through before i get to roads and im a big pus and suck my thumb at the first sign of snow. My bike mocks me from my garage everyday and small children make fun of me. I know so sad.

I have to leave for work at about 430 AM, and its about a 40 minute commute. Until I get heated gloves I won't be riding much any time soon.

I installed some heated grips just after x-mas and when i had them on high my hands started getting to hot. only paid $30 for them as they are just the elements that you wrap around the handle.
