Here is the menu for The Rock - http://therockwfp.com/category/menu/ I have only eaten there once since they opened and had a salad so I can't really comment on the quality of the food but I would venture to say it's better than Hooters and Bostons.

From what I recall of Hooters, they're about the same for complete lack of quality.
