I actually loved FearFactor, everything EXCEPT the food/eating segment in each episode. I would actually have to leave the room or look away during those parts, my stomach couldn't take watching them eat, for example, rotting cheese infested with live maggots or mealy worms, including eating the live maggots. We don't watch much broadcast TV (except HellsKitchen, KitchenNightmares, MasterChef.) Mostly HBO, Discovery/TLC/Hist, Speed/Velocity, HD-Net, Palladia concerts, Broncos/Rockies, HGTV, and of course we're FoodNetwork addicts.

I have to admit, I'm a reality junkie at various times during the year: WhaleWars, GoldRush, SharkTank (inventions), PawnStars, & DeadliestCatch are some real cool shows, imo.

Nice I thought I would get flamed for Fear Factor for sure! But hey, not all tv watching has to be so serious. Sounds like you are behind the times man. They now make these things called "Blurays" which are way better than DVD's. Please at least tell me you have a upskaling DVD player. I guess I am a HD snob now though. Even regular HD is ok, but I now prefer 3D Bluray.
I love SharkTank! It is my dream to invent something to get on that show so I can be indepently wealthy.
My apologies for not elaborating, I have two Blue ray players in my house one in my bedroom and one in my tv room we have some 30 plus blue ray DVD's but i had a massive collection on DVD's before Blueray even came out and i am not going to buy the same movie I already own.
We've turned into complete HD snobs at my house. A few years ago, my roommates were totally against the $10/mo. upgrade, fast forward, now he won't even watch SD shows unless that's the only version available. Plus both TV's are big enough to notice the difference between DVD & BluRay, but with the right player it isn't bad. Not as bad as SD shows, which looks so crappy now, heh.

I know, so weird since it is only a pciture and sound, but I love me some HD. Although changed me thinking some stars were hot after seeing them in good HD.
I think i will miss GCB...because i never have anything better to do on a Sunday night !
Watched House and The Closer. It was time for House to depart, but I'm sad about The Closer.
Everything else I watch is still intact, so I'm good. =P

I enjoyed The Closer, too. If I'm not mistaken, there is one more season coming this summer or fall, but it will be the last season, and they're adding a spin-off with Capt. Raydor as the lead.
