As a few may know I have a bit of a problem with the upstairs neighbors. Seems one of the tenets decided to take a bath but soon forgot when she got drunk. Ended up flooding my bathroom, closet, hall and bedroom.
I called up Davy Attwood (Davy4575 on the board) and he and the team at Service Master Central came in and dried up the place and restored everything to better than it was. They even worked with me when the upstairs guys insurance tried to back out their responsibly. Reworked their estimate to go with what was eventually paid out.
