    Sat. 8/25 - Poudre canyon loop

    Day: Saturday August 25
    Time: KSU 8:00 AM
    Meeting location: Golden Starbucks 114 N Rubey Drive, Golden, CO

    I'm looking to ride this loop and wanted to gauge interest for accomplices. Pace in the twisties will be quick hence not for noobs (sorry). This is not an organized tour or group ride, rather I'm simply stating my intentions. Each individual shall be solely responsible for his/her conduct and safety.

    Suggestions for minor route deviations are welcome if there are better, twistier (paved) roads along the way.
    Edit: Might come back via 36 through Rocky Mountain National park instead of Winter Park.

    Participants please post up or PM me since I will forgo meeting location if there appears to be no interest.

    We're going to be more than 3 hours ahead of the race by the time we hit P2P so we should be OK. If not, then can do the loop in reverse.

    If you've never done it, you might want to move your "E" pin up to Devil's Gulch/Glen Haven. It's a fun little road that puts you right back on 34. I'd join you, but the bike is in the shop for a stator. Plus, I have to work. Have fun.

    I imagine there will be quite a few police officers on the p2p and hwy 7 sections all day, so keep an eye on your speed.
