Childrens Hospital Toy Run 2012 pre-ride meet up!

I will be hosting a group pre-ride meet Sunday December 2nd for anyone attending this event in the Littleton/Castle Rock/Highlands Ranch/Lakewood/Lone Tree area that would like to join us to then ride over to the V.I on Tower and Hampden to meet up with the rest of the CSC! Don't forget to dress for the ride, snow or no snow it'll be cold as hell guaranteed lol, however it will be warmer in the afternoon so have that in mind.

Let's meet at 7am at the Village Inn on Broadway and C-470 with KSU at 7:15 am. Reason why I do it so early is so we can get there and eat peacefully with time while also saving room/seats for those that are running late so we have the most room as we always take like half the place up ... So hope to see some old faces there and some new ones as well hopefully joining this awesome cause!

Cool man, also don't forget to register. You can do so at either mile high Harley on Colfax and Wadsworth or Rocky Mountain Harley on County Line and Santa Fe or else they wont let you in the park to stage up.

The Harley group is separate from us or you can choose to ride with them.

The "meet" doesn't start in Littleton. You have to go to a HD dealer to sign up, but the actual event takes place at a sports park in Aurora on Sunday morning.

Nope, you register at HD. Just come to the VI at Tower & Hampden where we are meeting for breakfast.

Yeah I'm spacing out, too much multitasking at works drives me crazy and I wasn't reading it all properly. Sorry for the overposting. I got it now, there are 2 HD places to register at and the meet is at a park in Aurora which is by the VI. I'll just meet at the VI on Tower and Hampden. How long do you think you'll guys be there before leaving to the park?

A little over an hour, we are usually at the park before 10 am cause bikes start rolling at 11 to the hospital

Everyone attending needs to sign the release, so if you have a passenger they'll have to go and sign the form as well. My wife needs to go tomorrow and sign my form

Sounds about right, we were close to that last year. Another reason why we get there early because there's so many of us too that food takes longer to come out.

That'd be awesome actually Sully, thanks! I know we'll have around 10 from this area meeting up with me plus whoever else shows up at breakfast which I'm assuming around 30+ seats total
