Just called and talked to "Kathleen". She said that they could fax me the form, but I personally have to return it to them. Apparently they need to do a "signature match" in addition to providing me with my red, circular sticker.

Man they are def making it hard to register if you can't fax the form in. I guess I'll have to ride to one of the dealerships Saturday and fill out the form and also get my sticker at the same time. Time to start looking for a toy as well. I guess something small enough to mount to the bike so that it doesnt fall off during the ride to the hospital.

Yeah it's the same fustercluck every year. I guess they're CYA against a lawsuit ever since that time a Harley rider crashed heavily on I-25 (that first year when they went from Aspen Grove to the new hospital location).
They are looking for toys for older kids too; like DVDs, books, word games, puzzles etc. Those fit nicely in a jacket or bungeed (taped) to the seat.
