    Classic Bike Restoration

My uncle is in the process of creating a website for his restorations. He has restored and raced some incredibly rare and classic bikes and is hoping to expand a little bit. This site has some neat bikes as well as providing a glimpse into the quality of his work. Hope you enjoy looking at some of these.

Definitely some cool rare bikes there. Does he make a living restoring old bikes or is it mostly a hobby?

It's something he does on the side right now but is hoping to do full time once he retires. Going into his shop is pretty sweet. I remember when I was younger going in there and not realizing/appreciating the builds he does. Right now he's got a 76' RR250 Harley Davidson that was built by Italian company Aermacchi. On the frame when it was delivered it had a tech inspection band from the AMA back in the day. I can post up some pics of it a little bit later. Pretty cool stuff

Very nice. I'm hoping to spend my retirement time similarly...

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self- preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property, and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."
