"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self- preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property, and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Your surprised?
I mean that storm was pretty rough this weekend!
Forcasted 6 inches of snow down here. Received 0. Just cold, windy and cloudy all day today but no snow.
"If not us, who? If not now, when?"
It's sleet here by 470 and bowles, the forecast couple hrs ago said no precipitation at all till sunday lol

I hear ya dirk. Rode in today too but made it home before the snow started. I sent 9news a photo of my deck titled "only 48hrs late on snowmageddon"

Hilarious - Marty was emphatic that the snow wouldn't impact the morning drive. Now this morning Corey Rose is stationed along I25 showing snow covering the road and traffic slow.
6inches on my deck and received zero inches last weekend.

Why do we have Weather guesser again?
As much as everyone hates Apple and all things assoc w/it. My phone forecast did show 30% chance with a picture of snow starting about 4pm Monday.
The drive in this am wasn't what I was expecting
A lady driving northbound on Hampden did a 180 in front of us south bounders. Stopped directly 1 inch from the car in front of me's bumper Wish I'd had a go-pro on the dash like those Russian drivers do LOL

Yeah, he was saying last night that it would be over by around midnight. This morning Becky said it would be over by 8 am. It's still coming down pretty good here in Boulder.
I'm fine with it now since we really need the moisture. But don't tell me the evening will be partly cloudy and 0% chance of precip and then have me riding home in snow. The difference between 10% and 0% would have made me leave the bike at home when it's this cold.
And you wonder why I am skeptical of climatological model predictions 50 years out...

Wouldn't be so bad if the weather guy was like, "well we got it wrong because this low pressure area scooted lower than all the computer models were predicting"
Instead they just glaze right over it like their forecast never happened.
