yeah…vehicle turned left in front of the bike.
I was working in the garage and my gf pulled up 'in tears'…she was there a few minutes after it happened. She said the guy was in bad shape...
I'm not sure how I feel about this…she said neither rider were wearing helmets…sure, the car violated the right-of-way of the cyclist but there's no excuse to NOT wearing full protection…
this is just my opinion but it seems that very few 'harley' style riders rarely wear riding gear? Why?

Passenger is a former CSC member and is known by many of the older members on here. It's not the time to be passing judgment on them for not wearing their gear. She's currently fighting for her life. Maybe some prayers would be better.
Hope she pulls through, prayers and thoughts with her and the family.

Prayers with her. Reminds all of us to ride safely with safety gear, as we can't control others. I'm saddened to learn of this. RIP.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the riders and their families. Hopefully she makes a full and speedy recovery.

She is going to be ok. She has several surgeries in front of her. Had one of them yesterday and has rod holding her leg together.
please just pray for her...send good vibes, She still in shock and all though aware, it hasn't sunk in yet that she lost the love of her life.

Ok, I am just good friends with Lady T, so I was freaking out.
Of course this is still very sad and I hope Haley pulls through and very sorry for the loss of the sportbike driver
