Must be 21 years or older with motorcycle endorsement to test drive, most bikes require 1 year of experience, 3 years riding experience required for sportbikes, riders must provide appropriate riding gear, we reserve the right to refuse anyone a test ride for any reason

I knew this question would come up, I asked and nobody here knows for sure. That is Suzuki's rule, I would just come out to the test ride. If your current physical license is at least 3 years old that would cover it but what if you just renewed your license like I just did? The license is only 6 months old but I have been riding for 30 years.
On the gear, while this is not official I would say helmet, jacket, gloves, and long pants (jeans are OK). KTM is the only demo that wanted boots but even they did not really enforce it so any shoe should be OK (just no sandals)
So what bikes will they have for demo?
Hopefully they'll have a new SV1000SF (StreetFighter). Can't wait to see the new round headlight that is all the rage!

I went last year and rode the 'Busa. There was no issue or question of riding experience, etc. The Fay Myers rep at the bike night last week mentioned they are going to run a longer route this year, more like a 40 minute ride, as opposed to the normal route that all the manufacturers have used that is only about 20 minutes and goes mainly thru reallly low speed areas.

Cant decide whether to abuse some demo bikes or hit the canyons. Anybody going to Fay today, Friday?
longrider, I tried to get on some demo bikes in Daytona during bike week, this was years ago. By 10AM they had reservations for every demo bike throughout the day already filled, except for Buell. Is that likely to be the case at Fay or is it going to be show up and throw a leg over one?
BTW, I still have no idea what lane bashing, however, it sounds like something you would need a Busa to do.
