I'm attending next time and bringing the SLR setup for pics.
First time at Twin Peaks, busted my cherry! This was a good event and a huge turnout, I will for sure make it out each time as long as I am free. This was actually only my second time riding at night, and that sucked! Smoked shield and tinted sunglasses were not cool to ride home in. I'll have to bring my swapped clear lense to switch out for the next event.

Was told by Kelly over at Mountain Tops that one (or more) of the other local business were getting a bit bent by the bikini bike wash, so they contacted the Mayor (yes... the Mayor), and they have effectively been told that they can no longer do them. Not that Bike Night is going to be lame from now on, but I have to admit that getting my rigs cleaned was one of the major draws. =\

I'm sorry but I'd love to see the citation of Centennial law that says the Mayor-At-Large has the right to shut that SPECIFIC ASPECT of bike night down... or Greenwood Village... or whatever that qualifies as being zoned as.
Because that sounds like a big'ol finger to Twin Peaks ability to run a their business.

Some people just need to get the stick out their asses and quit whining. There is nothing wrong with a bikini bike wash, some people need to just grow up! I guarentee if this person was around the age group they'd probably be fine with it.
They only do the bike washes every 2 weeks, and they dont start til 6pm, so whoever it is should just bone out early on bike wash days so they dont have to see the "horror" that is a girl in a bikini!

FYI this issue is not set in stone yet. It is still being discussed and hopefully a resolution can be worked out.

Well whoever is involved --- they need to be sure to lay the beat down that if there is no absolute, clear cut, citable regulation or code forbidding women this EXACT behavior - then a little neighboring business complaint can basically suck it - because it's not illegal if it's not invading their property or directly proven to be harming their business' ability to function.

The city of Greenwood Village has not officially shut down the bikini washes. Apparently there is a certain business there that has a stick up there ass about it. And it's not necessarily the every other Tuesday night that's the problem. They also do the bikini washes every Saturday.

Somebody should mention to this "other operation" that the XX% increase in business that they've experienced in the past... oh... I dunno... maybe 4 or 5 months, might be due in some small part to the fact they are next to a business that does stuff like bikini bike washes.
