Ferodo's have always felt better for me. Do they get better once hot or doesn't not seem to matter how many times you stop they just feel like poo? No fork seal leaking or anything? Braided lines?

How fresh is the brake fluid? Glazed rotors?

no seal leaks or braided lines its like a tire slide in a car you just feel it rolling through but in the sense Im rolling through my brake. not sure if i feel a difference hot. it grabs just not like it use too was wondering if scuffing rotors with scotch bright would help they seem like polished metal at the moment

So you changed your brakes and your fluid is fine..Did you try replacing the bike? I've heard if you move to a Triumph (similar to the one I'm selling) your brakes will work better
