So... after 2 days of having my new bike, this fu---n cager backs into it and does all sorts of little damage on the faring, right side engine cover, and bends the kick stand... great exactly what I needed.

Still rideable, no big deal but that is some serious bad luck that I have.

ok, to bed now, tomorrow will be a better day

Wow, Diego...Insurance or will it be out of your own pocket?
Liberty never came from government. The history of liberty is a history of resistance. The history of liberty is a history of limitations of government power, not the increase of it. Woodrow Wilson, September 9th, 1912

You now have a qualified track bike! Just one question, can you/we adjust that chain on the side of the road, in the middle of nowhere, kinda, with limited tools and a big hammer (inside joke). Nice bike D.

    OMG! NOOOoooooooooooooo

Tell me the cager was at least decent about it? Apologized, offered to make it right...

Diego, they ARE fun to ride on the track, maybe this is a sign! Take it out next weekend for the CSC day. If you want me to contact the guy with the race bodywork for you I can do that, you could put it on for the 27th.....

I caught them before they could think about leaving, so I got all the info and the insurance claim going. They will pay for everything.

The driver walked between the bike and his car before he backed into it, so I was ... dude! how could you not see it?
They get out and the driver tries to intimidate me! he was like 6-4. Then his friend says that I had illegaly parked, after facing and argueing with them I was like "dudes" get off my f--n face and f--k off, and lets call the cops if there is any doubt. They had been drinking, even the driver, so they got scared and backed down.

After the cops left, the cop didn't feel the need to complete a report, the driver actually apologized and admited that I was not illegally parked, he got carried away by his friend. Then I told him, you are lucky I didn't ask the cop to breathelize (sp) you, how many drinks have you had? he is like... yeah, I had a couple, sorry...there you go, he totally admited gilt afterwards.

    I need a ride now
