    Cool Zombie-proof House

    Paging Puckstr...

For all of you zombie apocalypse folks, man have I found your next real estate purchase!

Not sure exactly where it is, but it reeks of so much badass that you might as well just stock up on beer, ammo, and wait it out. Oh, and bring babes in case you need to repopulate the human race after the mind-munchers run outta feed.

All it needs is a wall and some giant blow torches to get rid of the bodies. I like it!

Well, either way he's got a 6,100 square foot, modern style house with an indoor swimming pool, so I wouldn't exactly call it losing out

I recently finished painting my house and all I can say is there's no TRIM to paint on his house!!!

Plus the patio acts as an additional garage...who doesn't need MOAR garage space.

    And it looks "move-in ready"!

    Re: Zombie-proof House

Aside from the whole zombie theme it is an international style building and what I found most intriguing was...

"Wide glazings behind the movable walls let the building acquire energy during the day (winter) or prevent the sun’s heat from going into the house (summer). At night, when the house is closed, the thick outer layer helps the building to accumulate the gained energy. Such a solution together with the hybrid heat system (most of the energy is gained from renewable sources – heat pump and solar systems supported with gas heating) and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery makes the house become an intelligent passive building."
