Hwy 67 CLOSED b/w Florence & Wetmore
A little late in the announcement, but for those of you considering a Bishop's Castle run or thereabouts in the Westcliffe area, CO 67 between Florence and Wetmore is closed due to bridge damage yesterday from the heavy rains.

Reminds me when I decided to go to Cali in late Jan to get away from the weather for 3 weeks. I was on a 800GS and buddy on 990Adv.
Pacific Coast Highway had a mudslide that closed it and detour was 40 miles to the rear. Guy guarding the mudslide said he got off at 3 pm and with our dual sports we could cross. Just had to wait until he left then he did not care. We had lunch and crossed as he closed his truck door.
Long live the DS!
