    Tucson to Denver

The plan is to leave Tucson the afternoon of Monday the 11th, and I need to be back before sundown on Wednesday the 13th.

I've mulled over a couple of routes that Carl and others have taken, but what I don't know is how much time those trips took. Given the timeframe that I have to work with, what's the most scenic route I can take on my way back home? This is probably the only "real" vacation I'll get this year, so I'd like to take advantage of it.

A friend of mine rode from Tucson to Durango on a 250, that Salt River Canyon looks pretty interesting.
