I'm pretty sure the idea is that ANYONE can go. Even if you're too afraid to post up here, just show and we'll go from there.

Agreed. We'll all have a group talk before we take off on the ride. The best thing is to be honest(about your skill level/confidence) and don't try to prove anything. Most of us are pretty laid back peeps.

The couple of years I helped out with McVaaahh's noob ride, we had folks who've just completed MSF with a few hundred miles under their belt. All we ask, and expect, is that you are comfortable going the speed limit on surface streets and have appropriate gear.

This isn't a n00b to CSC ride, this is a n00b to riding..... ride. But anyone is welcome.

I didn't get a count from last season but I know these rides have gotten big. That one year we have over 120 bikes all rider abilities.

one of you guy should throw this up on Facebook through the CSC group there. If I knew how I would offer to do so...

Nope, just show up. It's that easy and if there's anything I've learned about sportbike riders, they're easy.

Be polite. Be professional. But be prepared to kill everyone you meet.

Re: CSC Annual Noob Ride - Sat. May 21

Im in.... Lead, sweep, whatever. Ill even drink some chamomile tea before the ride to put me in the zone for a slow paced ride through the hills. As for route... I do kinda think that the southern route (while limited on options unless you want a LONG ride) would be a better choice. At a slower pace... its difficulty... well... kinda doesnt exist. If youre pushing it... theres some fun burners but that defeats the purpose of the ride.

Not sure whos taking the lead on this thing... but I'll help out where I can just shoot me a PM.

For a Noob ride, wellllll.........lead, sweep, it's all about the same (as it should be).

I can lead or sweep! Though it may be better for me to sweep so I don't wander too far ahead
